SHIPPING

  • Shipping is calculated at checkout based on weight and delivery address.
  • Shipping is FREE when your order is over $500.00 before tax, to all Canadian provinces and territories.
  • Shipping upgrades are available.  You will be quoted on faster delivery options at checkout.  
  • Free shipping is usually Expedited Parcel using Canada Post.  During postal strikes or service interruptions we will ship by courier instead.
  • If you need overnight shipping please add a Note to your shopping cart before checkout asking for a quote on shipping upgrades.
  • Orders normally ship next business day, or within 2 Business days of receiving payment.  If your ship date is delayed, we will always keep you informed.
  • Your order will be insured for its full value.
  • Delivery standard is 1 up to 10 Business days from the day your order ships depending on your address relative to our location in Cambridge Ontario. 
  • You will be automatically notified that your order has shipped and receive tracking information. 
  • Canadian customers will be charged HST or GST according to your province or territory, calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

US CUSTOMERS

  • We are a Canadian company and we ship from Canada. 
  • We appreciate our US customers, and look forward to continuing our longstanding friendship.  
  • We provide a high quality product at a price that is still very attractive, even when you consider the added cost of any US Tariffs.
  • Tariffs, import duties, and taxes are are not collected by us.  Tariffs are a tax imposed on Americans by your government.  They are not included in the price of any products we sell. 

  • These charges if applicable may be imposed at the point of entry to the United States by your government, and so are the buyer's responsibility.  Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs might be prior to buying.

  • These charges are normally collected by the carrier after we ship, and before they delivery to you.  In most cases, they will be due when you pick the item up from the US Postal Service, or at the point they delivery your package.  

  • 1 Canadian Dollar equals about 0.69 United States Dollar, so even with a 25% tariff you are still paying only about 0.86 cents USD on one Canadian Dollar of product.
