We guarantee that you will receive genuine XPEL™ Paint Protection Film.  As a XPEL™ Authorized Dealer/Installer, this is the only film we sell.

We may accept on return, unopened full rolls of film in like-new condition.  A 20% restocking fee applies.  Please contact us for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) prior to returning any product.

XPEL™ Paint Protection Film is a very high-quality product that passes a number of quality control inspections before it reaches the consumer. Our professional production technicians quality inspect both the XPEL™ film prior to digital production of your kit, and the final result before shipping to you. Product defects are very rare, so you can be confident of a high-quality product when your order arrives.

Each  kit is digitally custom-cut to fit your specific vehicle after your order is placed.  For this reason there are no returns allowed on custom-cut kits.

Please inspect your kit upon receipt.  We recommend you compare it to your vehicle and the layout, and test-fit it on a clean and dry vehicle, prior to installation.  If you feel you have received the wrong kit, you must contact us immediately prior to installation. 

Product Use. Many factors beyond our control and uniquely within user’s knowledge and control can affect the use and performance of our products in a particular application. Given the variety of factors that can affect the use and performance of a product, the customer is solely responsible for evaluating our products and determining whether it is fit for a particular purpose and suitable for their method of application.

If a product or kit is actually defective, we will gladly exchange any defective product.  All defective items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product.

Customers must contact us before returning any item for a RMA.
