Our WHITE LABEL PPF ™ and BLACK LABEL PPF ™ films are very high-quality products that pass a number of quality control inspections before they reach the consumer. Our professional production technicians quality inspect both the film prior to digital production of your kit, and the final result before shipping to you. Product defects are very rare, so you can be confident of a high-quality product when your order arrives.
If a product or kit ever is actually defective, we will gladly exchange any defective product. All defective items must be reported within 7 days of receiving the product. You will be required to provide actual proof of the defect and return the defective product. Simply claiming a product is defective as a way to skirt our terms of sale is not allowed.
Reasonable Common Sense
We expect you to take the time to understand what you are buying. We sell Paint Protection Film. Our products are as per their description on our website. We do not sell auto parts. Your carelessness or negligence in understanding what you are purchasing is not a valid reason to request a return or refund.
Please inspect your kit upon receipt. We recommend you compare it to your vehicle and the layout, and test-fit it on a clean and dry vehicle, prior to installation. If you feel you have received the wrong kit, you must contact us immediately.
We make your kit for you.
Each kit is digitally custom-cut to fit your specific vehicle after your order is placed. We make your kit for you. Bulk film sold by-the-foot is cut to length for you off a factory roll.
FOR THIS REASON THERE ARE NO RETURNS ALLOWED ON CUSTOM-CUT KITS OR BULK FILM SHORTER THAN A FULL FACTORY ROLL.
We may accept on return, unopened full factory rolls of film in like-new condition that can be resold. A 20% restocking fee applies to returned roll stock.

Product Use. Many factors beyond our control and uniquely within user’s knowledge and control can affect the use and performance of our products in a particular application. Given the variety of factors that can affect the use and performance of a product, the customer is solely responsible for evaluating our products and determining whether it is fit for a particular purpose and suitable for their method of application.
Customers must contact us before returning any item for a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).
